Camera ? Lens Interchangability

My wife has a nice Minolta Maxxim QTsi SLR camera, with quite a few lenses. Is there a digital camera body that uses the same lenses? She wants to upgrade to a digital camera but we don't wanna just toss everything and start over. I know its a shot in the dark.

Yes. Sony what is called "alpha" DSLR. But unless you have some worthwhile, expensive lenses, I would not make that choice based on a couple of what might be not that great of lens(ses)

Yea I shoot canon but when Sony bought Konica Minolta I was curious as to how far they would take this so about a month ago I bought my daughter a Sony alpha camera. So far so good she likes it and the old autofocus lenses will work and you could get a body for around 4-5 hundred.
