It's like any other dyno sim program. It's only as good as the info input to it. Head flow numbers are imperative to getting an accurate number. If you just choose from the drop down menu in the program things could go either way on power. There are many other variables to it being accurate also. It can be useful if you know all your information right down the tee but even then I'd say 5% less is about as close as you'd most likely get to the real output of your engine. You also have to remember it's figuring the engine is properly dyno tuned.
 
Mopar muscle used it and found their cam then did a real dyno and it was almost exact
