I located this mounted a a 1972 Duster upper driver side kick panel area. The part no. On it reads 3588349. I’ve searched and cant seem to find its name. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe that is the seat belt buzzer

Ok thanks. I know the other one located next to it is I believe the horn relay
