Have posted this before. With the help om many forum members thought we nailed this as a 63 Valiant front bumper. Feedback from other forum members have said otherwise. Would like to sell it. Purchased as NOS bumper for 67-69 Barracuda. Was not till later that I noticed the error.

I would agree with it being for 63 Valiant but front mounting holes on 63 Valiant are on top of bumper. These holes are on bottom.

THat's why I thought yours was upside down. The blue wagon I posted was just a Google photo. Not my car.
 
You will need to switch the mounts too.
 
It would make sense that the bolts would be on the bottom and the smooth side of the bumper would be on top.
 
Pic I provided of Valiant shows two license plate holes on top, front mounting holes on bottom and side mount hole on bottom.

found the same car online. front shot you can see the mounting bolts on the bottom. I think you are correct, the top 2 holes are for bumperettes.

By gosh your right. If you look really hard you can see one more to the left of it. Think I was given some mis-information. I see one on the corner as well which was an issues as well. Comment was that it should not exist.
 
Want to thank everyone's participation. I feel again confident that this is a front bumper for 63 Valiant.
