can i fit this

i am wanting to fit a 315 35 17 tire under the rear of my car i have moved the springs inboard i plan on getting the rear cut down to any sise that is needed but can i get it to fit in the stock wheel wells on a 17x8 4" bs wheel if not what wheel might i need

No way. I have done mini tubs and my 325/50/15's have about 3/4" clearance on each side.
