can i use the fan off my /6 water pump for my 318? also..the radiator too small?

doing a swap and want to use as much parts as i can from the six.

i also heard from some people that the /6 radiator cant keep a 318 cool. But then i also heard it can.

any input on this?

All the pulleys and brackets have to match so things line up correctly. All the brackets and pulleys are different for the V8 and the 6. They are also all different from A/C and non-A/C engines and '69 and older with the cast iron water pump and the the '70 and newer with the aluminum pump. Once you get a complete set, you can figure out what radiator you're going to need. The 6 and 8 had different hose connections and locations as well as the transition from '69 to '70.
 
about all you can use is the starter and alternator. i grabbed a radiatior out an 85 chrysler 5th avenue. some guys run the six radiator but i neede one for an automatic .you could probably use the fan and spacer but you are going to want the fan closer to the radiator and the spacer is short.
