The one on the bottom is off a manual box and the steering column is off a /6 power steering box. Can I change the ends on them so the column I have will work with my manual box?
Can these be changed?

I don't understand what you have there. The actual column shafts are different lengths between power / manual. Power column is shorter, can be dealt with going to manual with an aftermarket extension.

The shaft pictured is off a power steering car, the piece below it was on the end of the manual box. I understand what you are sayin tho, where can I get the extension?

Flaming River sells one but they're expensive. Or you can hunt for a manual steering column.

I'd get the real u-joint kit from Borgeson. AFAIK that kit makes the shaft as long as it needs to be for the manual box. Not sure exactly which u-joint/coupler you need. Call Borgeson, they are the experts. http://www.borgeson.com/xcart/catalog/Steel_Vibration_Reducer_UJoint-orderby_0-p-1-c-17.html
