Roof Shoulder belt retainers

I am needing some help determining what I need. I have a 72 dart that came with a cardboard headliner. I am replacing it with a 5 bow cloth headliner. I have the headliner, bows, rear wires and clips. What I need help with is the roof mounted shoulder belt retainers. It's been 20+ years...

Thank you. I figured that they might be for the interior or the underside of the hood.

They are brackets for the shoulder belt holders under the headliner.

The car I parted out was a 74. Those have 3 point seat belts where the shoulder belt stays attached to the lap belt. Nothing attaches to the headliner.
