Can you say Road Trip?? Saying goodbye to the Van Project!!

Howdy all, cosgig here. Well, I'm afraid to tell y'all, but I am selling out the 77 Van project that was going to be Nella's custom lift van. If anybody read my recent thread about her new van, you know that the Tradesman doors arent going to allow enough headroom to get her in safely. So, amazingly enough, I was contacted by a new member who is looking for a van shell to rebuild their trusty family wagon, and my little shorty is going to help get their van back into tip top shape. I know its going to a good home!!

So, with that said, I am also delivering it to sunny Ft. Myers, Florida... leaving Sunday morning and returning next Friday!! Gonna slip a couple days of fishing in the gulf at my uncles house in Everglade City while I'm down there too!! I gotta be back by Friday afternoon as I have a performance at 8:00pm that night, so you know I'm gonna be in a good mood!!!

So, I'll take a few pics while I'm there, and maybe post them from my phone if I can figure out how!! Hold my calls, and turn out the light when you leave!! Geof

Have a safe trip Geof. Pics will be cool :thumbrig:. I lived on the SE side in Palm Beach for 17 yrs. Have fun, it can be addictive down there, especially after the winter/spring most of the country has had.

Howdy all from Macon Ga!! Rained all day on the drive down although I saw tons of street rods going north in the rain. Must be a national meet cause they were scattered through 3 or 4 states. Here's a couple pics so far, including this little valiant waiting in the parking lot when we pulled into Macon!! Must be a good sign!! More tomorrow!! Geof

Rained here all weekend, Creed was in Alabama watching his first nascar race with friends and it rained allot there, but they did have a good time :glasses7:

We are just crossing the Florida/Georgia border and headed for a 4:00pm drop off in Ft.myers. Then on to Everglade City for the grouper basket at the City Seafood Co. where my uncle charters out of on the Barron River, then hit 10,000 islands tomorrow for the Reds!!

I don't know why that pic came out sideways, and with no teenagers around to help out the old guy, they may all be that way!! Sorry bout that!! More later!! Geof
