This is a good deal. These have a warranty, and have been fully checked out by Canon. Better than buying a used one and taking a "chance." These were over 2K when they were introduced, and when I bought mine they were REFURB around 1200 bucks

I get all my canon stuff from them refurbished. Has the same warranty as the new ones, and it's a factory refurb.

I'd have never been able to get my wife to allow an SLR if it weren't for the refurbs. For the record, the 7D price dropped because they are getting a lot of Canon professional program (or whatever it's called) trading in on the 7D Mark II. Great camera at a great price.
