Quite a few left-hand drive cars there. Must cost a mint to ship and import one. Were any made there at all?

There were a few Phoenix and Desto's in right hand drive. A lot of the US cars were converted here in the 70's, 80's and 90's. The laws have changed now. If the vehicle is 30 years or older it doesnt have to be converted. My Duster is still left hand drive and I love it. Adds to the character of the car. A lot of the guys here just leave them LHD. It's not hard or expensive to import. Our Aussie currency is strong as well.. Costs about $3,500 in shipping and quarantine and then there's a small tax. It's not overly expensive.. Some of our local Chryslers and Valiants are fetching mega dollars these days. Especially the track pack cars...

WOW!!! Even the plain Jane cars look amazing. Thanks for taking the time out to share such beautiful pictures.

So that is where a lot of the cars went to.

Beautiful cars.

On your 2nd post, 3rd car black 1968 Dart, do I see Long Rams??
