carb loads up

I have a holley 750 on my 360 no choke flap At first
start the car loads up until it warms up (150 deg) then
it smooths out but still has a slight hesitation at first
accceleration any thoughts thanks

Last time I had issues with a carb loading up it turned out to be a bad plug wire. Check your ignition system.

checked all wires in the dark i have a tri power dui ignition I dialed in accelerator pump
runnin much better but still loads up cold runs great warm i was told power valve could
be bad thanks
