Does anyone know if a quadrajet carburetor will work on the Chrysler spread bore intake manifold or has anyone ever used one or tried to? Screw the thermalquads. Plastic crap
Thinks guys. The quadrajet is coming off a buddies Chevy. Will I need to do any modifying to the linkage

Timing chain is brand new and yes I made it was on right lol. Also why talk me out of it ? I'll call tomorrow. Thanks
The Quadrajet is a good choice for vehicles that don't get driven a lot. They don't have the X-ring well seals that can dry out and shrink or diaphragm accelerator pumps that get hard and crack like the power valves do also. The AFB and Quadrajet are good choices for cars that sit a lot for these reasons.
