I used one of these on my 833. Thought I got it at harbor freight. Stuck it in, wrapped some duct tape around it to hold it in place and didn’t lose a drop.

Just a thought, do you have a local drive shaft shop?
They may be able to help you out.

There's a thought. I just did a bit of research and it seems the 833 shares the same yoke [ 25 spline ] as a 904 which i have one of

Most 833s have a 30 spline yoke just like the 727s. I believe an 833 out of a 67 A-body has the smaller spline though.

Yep, could be 904 or 727 size, so should still be a zillion out there somewhere!
