[FOR SALE] CCEGR Valve Switch

This CCEGR Valve was attached to the radiator that I tried to have repaired but the radiator shop said it was too far gone to repair. He told me to hang on to this thing that they were rare. I can not find one online and it took me about 2 hours to track down what it is. I know that it is screwed into the to the radiator and vacuumed to the EGR and Expansion Valve. I'm not sure what it's function is but since the car was missing the compressor and the condenser when I got it, I have no need for it, so...

Asking $40 includes shipping (to help offset the cost of the new radiator)
