Challenger on Viper Chassis with Hellcat

This popped up in my feed today:
Mopar racers: Are they just built different?

I'd love to hear more about this car. Anybody have more details?
The Durango did pretty well too.

They have a facebook page here Ellsworth Racing | Prairie Farm WI that covers more of the build details of the Challenger, they post a decent amount about the events they go to. They participate pretty heavily in all the USCA stuff and have a more "standard" Viper they race as well.

I think it’s just wider. They shortened the Viper chassis to match the Challenger wheel base, and then widened the body to match the track on the Viper. But being a Viper chassis with a V8 instead of the V10 I think the engine sits further back than it would have in a factory Challenger. So the blower sticks out further back in the hood which makes the front of the hood look longer
