if i go with the radiator with elec fan kit will i still need reg fan on motor because i am worried about room for fan being too close

No you won,t need a fan on the motor LOL.If the rad comes with the fan kit,it will be mounted to the rad.You,ll have plenty of room,once you remove your manual fan.
