Charging issues

When I start the car is shows way down in the Discharge position. then slowly climes up to the neutral bar on the guage. clearly not charging. I installed a new voltage regulator, new altenator, new wiring.. any feedback?
Runs fine for 10-15 minutes then starts missing because of battery drain

Check you battery ground and chassis ground for starters.....

Got a voltmeter? Using one to trouble shoot, ends much guessing.

Check voltage at battery when running, see above

Check belt tension, oil on belt, condition of pulleys

Check brushes wear, gum, oil, dirt in brush holders

That is just some simple things to start.............................................

Did it once "not do this?" What/ where when did this start?
