check it out: 64 Dart GT 3/tree almost done

I posted elsewhere if the 3 tree manual is / isn't synchro in 1st . YOu do don't have to stop to get into first w/o grinding.

Trans was rebuilt but wondered about that.

Super sharp Dart & a rag to boot! So glad you kept the 3-speed, I put many miles on one back in the early 80's. They definitely don't have 1st gear synchros, be careful!

Thanks for confirming no synchro in first... I sold the one I had in 1975 so it had been 40 years since I drove a 3 tree. This had been an auto but I had it converted.

You can double clutch and it will go in first with the car moving.

my 64 dart will get its top coat next week, anniversary gold, a silvery goldish greenish color. love those early darts!
