Hi folks. There was a nice car show and swap this weekend here in Chicago that I attended and met up with a few FABO members (and missed a few others). I took some pictures of the "old" cars (I'm not into the "modern muscle" as much yet).
I charged up my camera battery the night before and took over 500 pictures. So many that my battery was only on one bar for the battery charge by the time I stopped taking pictures at the show (but there were many more cars that I would have liked to get (and my son was getting tired and wanted to go. This is my youngest one who is just starting to get interested in cars, so I did not want to stay too long against his will and make it a bad experience for him and we left. By the time that I got home and downloaded all the pictures to my computer and started deleting them to save memory card space for more pictures on the camera, my battery died. So I now know that I need about two fresh batteries to fill my memory card with pictures...
I did post the a-body pictures in Jim's thread, so I'm not sure if I will post them here yet or not. You guys let me know if I should add them to this thread. I will post the pictures in "batches" as if I try to load all of them for a car in one post it gives me an error message of "too big".... :banghead:
So I will group them in "packets" for each post and start new posts for each new car so it will be easier to tell which pictures go with each car.
Also, I'd like to give a shout out for our FABO member and friend Tony Fields that is home right now recovering from surgery. Hopefully these pics will satisfy his "car needs" until he is well enough to go to shows again after he is recovered. Hang in there Tony and keep healing!!! Here are some pictures to satisfy your cruising/Mopar appetite and give you some extra motivation to get you through your healing.
