choke thermostat

my 66 dart/225 auto doesn't have a choke thermostat and it seams to be a problem locating one. any ideas or maybe a part number

Contact SlantSixDan, A member here that knows of a great electric choke conversion kit if you don't find a factory replacement.

Carbsonly.com has an electric conversion for about 55 bucks plus 10 shipping. Pretty decent deal.

My 66 parts book shows a couple of different part numbers for the choke depending on the transmission, what carb and/or if the car had CA emissions.
Seems most used either part number 2658396 or 2658398.
Check this site out...his part is listed as fitting both of those numbers.
