Most consoles came with a chrome plug near the ashtray.

Believe it or not you can buy those chrome plugs at Lowes for under a dollar.

Some owner choose to have a lighter well in the console instead.Place for cell phone charger, whatever. Those factory delete plugs were chromed thogh and subject to pitting and rusting. A nice one should be worth a 10 to someone.
