Not breakers plural, breaker as in only one. Although the headlight switch is designed to function as a breaker for that circuit only as well. It is about a 1/2" wide and approx 1 1/2" long. It should be mounted in a holding bracket to the right of the instrument cluster and to the left of the radio in a "u" shaped sheet metal trough that runs from left to right at the bottom of the metal dash edge nearest the firewall. You can eliminate it simply by connecting the two wires going to it together, but I wouldn't given it's the only protection in the system. 1961 is the last year of the 40's-50's style of primitive wiring was used. I've rarely found these to be bad, more often the lack of electrical power is a fried charging gauge. It can be bypassed in the same way, connecting the two wires going to it together. If bypassing by connecting wires together, insulate them heavily to prevent them from contacting metal (grounding) as this will melt just about every wire before you can get the battery disconnected.
