Potential is right --- potential to have your bank account completely upside down, because by the time you do the body and paint - the car's value will be lower than the money you already spent. And we have not even touched the rest of the car ... Interiors, electrical and mechanical parts are not cheap.

Looks like a massive project for a bodyman/welder!

isn't that the truth. what a pile of crap that thing is.
 
At least it has new metal with it but bodywork/paint will eat up most the cash so its pretty good if you're only doing it for yourself. The air cleaner looks tampered with, front seat is 1972+ by the pattern. It does have a broadcast sheet and fendertag so thats a plus.
