20 degrees is COLD? I was outside in a light jacket, no gloves and wearing shorts yesterday, and it was 9.

I've got plenty of that, myself. Cold weather itself doesn't seem to affect it as much as weather changes in general. Most mornings I wake up feeling like someone beat me with a baseball bat.
I'm starting to understand why old people move to Arizona. It's not all about the heat, it's about a more steady climate with less atmospheric pressure changes.
