Your quote is incomplete but that was what I was commenting on:I disagree a smaller engine is all ways gonna need more gear than a similar built larger engine. Eg.. 300 hp 360 vs 300 hp 273. The 273 will not be able to keep up if you both run let say 3.55. But give the 273 a set of 4.10-4.36 now were talking. The main reasons everyone building 408.
