I have a lightly used set of 16 Comp Cams 928-16 dual valve springs and Comp Cams titanium 10 degree retainers. These were lightly used for ~ 600 street miles. I ended up going with a different cam set up that required different springs.

Coil Bind Height (in): 1.160 in.
Spring Rate (lbs/in): 354 lbs./in.
Inside Diameter of Outer Spring (in): 1.150 in.
Inside Diameter of Inner Spring (in): 0.795 in.


732-16 Titanium retainers.
Uses 10 degree valve locks.

Are these the ones recommended for the Stealth heads?

I unfortunately do not know the answer to that question. They should work fine if the installed height and open and closed spring pressure are suitable for the cam and head combination you have.
