Not without hearing it run. The manifolds are worth $500.00. Just going by a guys word is scary.

Well it's not a 100% correct 70 motor with the t quad. And it looks more like a 71 340 with the mount for the idle solenoid , it's missing the big dollar 71 t quad $250, the correct idle solenoid $400, the air cleaner, $250. I would say the v/c's, exhaust manifolds, intake if 71, and heads are worth around $800. Complete short block if it everything looks ok just needing a rebuild with the timing cover and pan etc.. $1000ish. So if he hooks it to a engine stand and can prove its a good runner maybe 3k but otherwise no way I would give $3,500.
