I purchased these parts 2 yrs. ago, and never even took them out....my loss, your gain.
I just found my reciept; $815 total paid!

RMS tubular UCAs for A bodies (bushing ends) (cost: $299)
QA1 Coil over shocks (with adapters for inner fender mount) (cost: $375)
QA1 Coil over Springs 12-450 (Cost: $72)
AFCO spring bearings (easier adjustment). (Cost: $49)

Total cost from RMS: $795 plus $20 shipping for a grand total of $815 spent.

$575 plus shipping for all parts from NJ (08610) or pick them up! You save $220! ! ! ! all parts aren't even unwrapped!

The coil overs and tubular UCAs will allow for elimination of the stock torsion bars, allowing more room for headers.

That being said, there are 2 additional concerns, as follows:

1) capturing the LCA with the T-bars removed. I have a set of blasted / painted LCAs that have the LCA pins drilled, along with the bushings, retainer bolts and large washers. I will sell the modified LCAs for $100.

or you can replace the LCAs all together: Here's a neat way, no idea who this is...but it looks pretty cool. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_48MOeET6C0"]Mopar A Body tubular lower control arms, coilover conversion.mov - YouTube[/ame]

2) bracing the inner fenders for the added coil over load. CarTool makes a kit, I have one of those too, brand new, in the box. Here is link to what they look like: I'd sell my "in box" kit for $75.

I would be interested in the QA1 shocks and springs. Will you separate them for $300 shipped to 68310? Which shock are they, single or double adjustable? Thanks

I think they are single adjustable. see the part number and do some research. I would include the adapter tops and the springs. PM sent.

Those tubular LCAs are made by Badart here on the forums, he does great work I bought a set of those. He also makes shock tower hoops and braces like the link you posted.

3.18.12 Announcement. I've had lots of email for the A-arms...and 2 with interests in the Shocks....but NO committments....NO deposits.....so everything is still a toss up.

I will split up the parts only with a COMMITTMENT to buy.......
We'll see what happens. PM box is always open..... Mike

sale pending on whole package...... I have all the other PMs and can backtrack if need be.

Sent you a PM and never heard back. It's hard to make a commitment when you don't respond back.

sorry about that Jeff. You asked "how much" for the A-arms when Odie buys the springs/shocks. well....I replied to him then never heard back for whatever reason. I assume he's no longer interested.

I have several others (4) who want just the UCAs, but I said I would not sell them unless 1) it ALL went as a package or 2) the Shock / Springs sold first.

I have a local offer on the whole package....so I'm waiting to meet up with the guy this weekend.

Mike

Mike, Thanks for responding. Of course I didn't realize what you were dealing with on your end. I assumed the others came thru. If it falls thru this weekend keep me posted. I think the whole package is what I need.

Jeff; the 2 other parts listed in my second post are the modified / reinforced lower control arms and the USCartool inner fender reiforcement kit. Mike
I'll keep you posted.
