so my 68 barracuda has the disk brake upgrade from a 74 dart. problem is the donor car didnt have a front sway bar...does anyone sell brackets or adapters i can buy to put on the stock sway bar? what about an aftermarket kit that would work for non factory sway bar vehicles?

thanks, robert

there are at least two styles of factory bars you can use. It depends on your front xmember.
What one are you using?
I think up to 71 the bars went around the front under the xmember and attaches quite a way out on the LCA.
72 might be a crossover year, it looks like it has mounting holes that can accept either type. I put a late swaybar on my 72 Swinger thru the flat pad motormount style xmember.
73 and up the bar goes thru the spool type xmember and doesnt attach as far out on the LCA.
If you use the early bar with the 73 and up disks you might have clearance issue when turning tight.
70duster440 flipped his calipers to be rear hung and that cleared his swaybar. you can see what he did here--

I have a 67 Dart and also upgraded to 73 disc brakes. I also had to swap my front spindles in order to keep my Addco 1 1/8" front sway bar.
