compression height for stroker piston

-
depends on your heads and what compression ratio you are shooting for

If I run a 3.79 crank with 6.123 rods what compression height do I order?

Mike I'd go with a set of Dish 9.5 Ross forged pistons. Cometic head gaskets and depends on the heads, but if you have save 915s if you shaved about .020 to clean clem up you will be in the effective 10:1 raitio area.
Everything depends on cam as you know too for what you can get away with on pump gas..

In addition to knowing what compresion ratio you want with the (What?) heads you have, you'll need to know the deck height of the engine.
Chrysler listed there deck height at one measurment, you'll have to confirm that it is what they say.
9.588 - 9.6 area.
