Will the console from a 70 Cuda work in 69 Dart?

I've seen where someone used an ebody console in the A. It won't be a drop in as the brackets are different. Automatic?

Yes..
you need b or e body console brackets...I would think. But for sure I have seen the mod done in a 70 swinger

Sure it will work. Just about any console from any car ever made will 'work'. But seriously, a few hours of work fabbing a few mounting brackets, and you'll be fine.

Oh @Cudabnu, I just about crapped myself laughing at the concrete block console.
