The flying Pinto was for real. If you look closely at the red Matador in "The man With the Golden Gun" when it takes off you will see it morphs into a flying Pinto.

BTW, is that Cordoba Superbird really any uglier than the recent Challenger Superbirds?

The flying Pinto was for real.

It wasn't real for long. The thing crashed, I think the wings and car separated, and killed the engineer who "designed" the thing.
