I purchased a 1973 Duster 340 almost 3 months ago. The seller was having health issues and was not able to finish a lot on the car. I removed the steering column for rebuild because the coupler needed to be rebuilt and I needed to send the instrument cluster and gauges for rebuild. I have the 1973 shop manual, I had the whole column powder coated and I am reassembling it. All the parts in the steering column are labeled for Sept of 1972 and the steering wheel also looks like the wrong year. (photo is not mine but same style) It has the one large horn button in the center, but in the manual it does not show that wheel, it shows the second one I have attached in the photo. I want the correct wheel, so any advice would be appreciated.

The top one is the Standard wheel . The bottom one you pictured doesn't look like the one above.

Bottom pic in OP is a 74 wheel.

...and I believe the two wheels shown in post 2 are the same wheel with a different horn pad.

The top wheel is the 71-76A and 71-3B base line wheel.
The 2nd one is the 74 B deluxe wheel.
The two in post 2 are two of the wheels available in 73. Base and deluxe. They are different wheels. The Tuff wheel was also an option.

And keep in mind that September of 1972 was already several months into the 1973 model year build, so it's totally common that column parts are labeled as 1972.

Follow on question. Fender tag indicates that I have the A88 Decor group, information online indicates the deluxe steering wheel is part of that. Is that correct?

Thanks for all the responses! I was able to find the correct wheel based on the picture above but with no center emblem. I have not been able to find any pictures of examples of a wheel with the center emblem that is not the fratzog. I did find a wheel with the Plymouth emblem (2nd picture) which actually adds the wood grain, which would match the A88 code. The third picture is another wheel center I found with just Plymouth on the center. I can't seem to find a solid lead on which one is accurate or find a center emblem for Plymouth. Probably way to detailed here, but want the correct wheel as would have been from the factory.
