Correct seat belt style 1963

Hello. My 63 Dart GT didn't come with seat belts, and has made it to 2021 still without them. I want to add some simple lap belts to the car. It looks like in 64 the correct style would have been a lift latch according to one site that only sells belts for 1964 and newer. Another site that has 63 belts shown only shows a push button starburst design belt. Another has both the starburst and lift latch as options. Does anyone know what the correct style would of been if someone had ordered the optional seat belts in 1963?

IIRC, they were chrome lever type, and the floor anchor was an eye bolt.
