Hydraulic lifter cam that is a good mid-range to upper RPM torque and HP, rough idle, performance usage, auto trans with 3000+ stall converter, 3800-4200 cruise RPM

I would use new valve springs and a place like Comp Cams or Pac will have what you need. Your lifting the valve a tick over .500 on a Hyd cam. THATS your key right there.

It would be foolish not to have a fresh valve spring.
