Hi all, I have 3 different crank gears that are all slightly different. Sorry no verniers handy, but you can see slight differences in teeth size(height and width). Also one is thinner(middle one), but taller.
Any ideas?
Thanks

My thoughts are that different timing chain manufacturers have different specifications for their timing chain sets. I do not mix up different gears and chains, learned that as a kid messing with dirt bikes. Always change the drive chain and gears as a set

I would say that unless you have the corresponding cam gears and matching chains to the crank gears; you have just so much scrap metal; they sell them as sets for a reason.

Thanks, I have an nos cam gear I'm selling, I'll throw them in with it.
I have seen chains sold separately tho

Nylon cam gear had a different crank gear
HD timing chain had a different gear.
But which one is what? Only RRR knows.
