I have a 68 SB 318 in my 76 Dart. The car is an AC car but it's not in it. It has a 3 groove pulley on it but I've seen one like this. It is heavy and has a rubber layer as if it were a balancer. Is it ok to reuse? It looks in good shape. See pictures.

As big and bulky as it is, it is a neutral balanced, harmonic balancer pulley. All 318 engines are neutral balanced. This was used to run a single belt AC unit.

If you're not using the A/C compressor, how are the belts run? A/C and non-A/C engines use completely different brackets and pulleys. You can't mix and match and get everything to line up. Where are all the '76 engine parts? They'll bolt on to the '67 engine with a few caveats.

I bought the car this way and the alternator and power steering do line up. The alternator mount has been modified. Thanks for your response.
