I blocked the crossover up on my edebrock rpm with the optional felpro gaskets.

With no choke it's obviously pretty cold blooded. Thinking about pulling the intake or picking up an LD340 to be powdr coated.

Living in Canada and dealing with cooler mornings and driving the car into the fall is there and downside in a moderate performance car to having the crossover open?

You'll probably never notice the difference unless on the track.

I can't freekin believe anybody in Alberta would block a heat crossover. Ceeripes, you people are INSIDE THE ARCTIC CIRCLE!!!

I was following someone's advice at the time who put a bunch of worries into me mind about boiling the fuel in the carb etc etc.

It's still a good idea for a race car. But if you drive it on the street at all.....not so much. Course bein in Georgia, I've blocked off that crossover on most everything. lol
