Cylinder head question

You have to have a government inspection in Sweden?

once a year you have to go to a place where they check your car so its not rusted to the point of breaking apart,to see that the breaks work properly,to check that all lights work and they check for emissions also:( basicly they check a ton of stuff to make sure its a "safe" car to drive.... and some of them figure that a tunnelram or a blower may be a dangerous thing if you by accident drive into someone and they can hit the stuff that sticks up thru the hood you know sharp edges and stuff... in my opionon the problem is that someone may be hit by a big object not small stuff on the big object but thats just me... sorry for the rant
its alitle better with cars over 30years they are just every second year but its still a stupid thing

actualy my duster where sold new here in sweden but it was built in U.S..
there where even some mopars asembled in europe, there is a pretty many muscle cars here in sweden and also in finland:)
