An intake and carb is mildly modified? Not in my book. That’s Honda guy rationale, it’s “fully built” when it has a fart can and an open element hot air intake. His 440 is still pretty damn stock in my opinion. The intake and carb are likely not too much better than the factory 4 barrel intake and TQ. Dare I say the torker is probably worse down low than the factory intake?

All I said was it had non stock bolt ons. Which is true. I don't think anyone said "fully built". That's chevy guy talk.
