Seeing what you’ve been accumulating for it is going to be fun too, though.
We got you down! Thank you!Ok, I'm in. I've re-watched all your videos! I know what you can do.Put me down for 14.99.
I should have read more thoroughly. I missed the slicks with a sure grip. Now I say 15.4 without so much as a tire squeak.A 200hp 440 and a truck on big slicks with a sure grip does not a nice smoke show make.

Nope !! I have some 360's in my vehicles, and I'm not 360 will run!! I have a slant... nope... not gonna be 225willrun eitherso you gonna change to "440 will run"?
LOL.... Oh, I could go faster than 12's with a 318..... but ....After the 440 is modified and in the 12s then the next challenge becomes outrunning it with the 318
If I lived where you do I’d be building engines in my living room with the heater on. I don’t know how you guys do it. I lived in Colorado for a year and the winter killed it for me. Today, here in SoCal currently it’s sunny and 65 deg. High is supposed to be 81.14* Fahrenheit right now.... truck is still on the trailer ..... 440 still has the car oil pan .... but I'm warm

I've ported heads at the kitchen table... lol. I do like not having to have a calendar tell us what time of year it is. Summer is hot, fall has all the colors, winter has snow and cold, and spring brings the rain. Actually, I think the forced break from the vehicles is healthy. But rest assured, we always get them done on time and they hit the trackIf I lived where you do I’d be building engines in my living room with the heater on. I don’t know how you guys do it. I snowmobiled for years, and I begged for snow then LOLYes, the cold sucks. Heating two buildings (home and shop) can be a budget-killer for some of us, too. But even worse is the salt-covered roads around here, which kind of eliminates any kind of cruising from Thanksgiving until spring rains in March/April.
The only plus for me is that it gives a break from most "car work" and a chance to give the shop a thorough and badly needed cleaning and re-organization. At least, when I'm not shoveling snow...![]()
Reason why the North won,.... were a lot tougher up here LOLIf it gets down in the 50s we start to ***** about it here.
Debatable.Reason why the North won,.... were a lot tougher up here LOL
In my younger days I did a lot of snowmobiling, skiing and ice fishing. Now I've decided that I much prefer a warm fire, a hot toddy and a hound dog on my lap to sitting on a five gallon bucket in the middle of a frozen lake at 6 am...I snowmobiled for years, and I begged for snow then LOL
My Dad was raised in North Dakota, right next to the Canadian border. He worked for farmers when the snow was up to the fence lines, worked on the missile sites up there, and did the roughneck on the oil rigs for a spell. He helped build power plants in Wyoming when it was 40 below windchill. Never underestimate the will power of a Swede LOLDebatable.
snowmobiling was probably one of the most fun hobbies I ever had. However, time frame just squished the life out of it. Couldn't ride in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Big to store. So I sold my sleds and trailer years back. I still miss it thoughIn my younger days I did a lot of snowmobiling, skiing and ice fishing. If this guy can do it with an LS, you could do it with a 318!snowmobiling was probably one of the most fun hobbies I ever had. However, time frame just squished the life out of it.
