Damn snakes part 2 ( bird vs snake ) in my backyard

Was getting ready to head back outside & fire up grill after putting clothes in drier and saw this bird fighting something in my backyard. Thought it was a worm at first but then quickly realized he had a baby snake. Went and grabbed my flip video recorder. At least he was protecting my little garage with cuda in it from snake intrusion. This went on for about 15 minutes then he flew away with it.

You must have something there that is attracting the snakes. I was about 30 seconds in before I finally saw the bird.
