Dana 70 in my 74 dart?

This might be a very dumb question, but i'm gunna ask it anyway. Would this dana 70 fit/work in my 1974 dodge dart? If so is heavy modification needed or a pretty simple swap.http://www.ksl.com/index.php?nid=218&ad=38642642&cat=594&lpid=&search=dana%2070&ad_cid=3
Sorry if this is mind numbingly dumb but i have no experience with rear end swaps.

You have to change,axle's,brakes,cut it,weld it,weld new pearches and cut off all uneeded brackets. If your going to go through all of that just find a dana 60 and do the same mod's and you'll have better rear and much better resale value if it's a body length. Is your car modified?

Well that's all i need to know. Will definitely keep looking for a 8 3/4 or 60 then!
