dart gt and non gt trim

Can you guys tell me if some of the trim from my 66 gt can be swapped out with non gt trim to lose the over the roof trim, but still keep the trim on top of the fenders and doors ? Or maybe from a 64 gt ? Does it mix and match ? What would I need ? Thanks
