Dart sport part needed.

Does anybody have an extra heater/ac control switch for dash it has a spot to plug vaccum lines into and one electrical connector and I only seen a spot for one cable to go to. If it explains it a little better my car is a 73 dart sport factory 318 auto on column with factory air conditioner. The tabs are all broken on mine and looks like it got ran over at some point.
