Crappy to hear of your dealings with these people. Unfortunately I am not knowledgeable enough yet to discern all the shysters from the good ones. Thankfully there are those here who know everything, and maybe should be contacted prior to making any purchases.

They got me for $275 for a dash pad for my 68 GTS. I never received anything from them and calls were never returned. Had I known they were at the Mopar Nationals last week I would have met up with them. They definitely got lucky that I was busy racing and didn't know they were there...

You chose the guy. You knew of said bad reputation. Those two facts are indisputable. Whether you like that or not is not up to me and it's not my fault. I'm sorry you were taken advantage of and I honestly hope you get refunded every penny. But as I said before, you have skin in this game. This was a big purchase, plus you have a chunk tied up in return shipping. Yes, I 100% agree you were taken advantage of, but you should have been more diligent. It's happened to all of us at one point or another. All we can do is learn.

I’ve had similar dealings.

I managed to get my money back after 6 months.

Brutal.

You have 30 days to file a report, after that ebay can't do anything to help.

If you have been victimized by Alan and his daughter Alannah I would encourage you to leave a negative review at the link below. These two are a pariah on the hobby and as I have looked into it the pattern of behavior is pretty appalling over a number of years.

If it involved shipping, it's mail fraud. Even if he/they didn't get prison time, the fines would probably hurt badly, never mind the restitution.
If everyone that's been ripped off, or at least enough of 'em, report this fella to his local authorities, including the post office, he could well face federal charges. They might not listen to one person, but if they've got a couple of dozen complaints they're going to start looking.
Reporting him to the authorities where he lives/works is key... there might be 200 complaints about him to authorities, but if they're all in different jurisdictions none of those individual departments will know the extent of his activities.

After receiving a totally unacceptable flawed garbage dash pad from Alan and Alannah Foxx at Dash Pad Pros (also on eBay as DashpadsTX) I returned the pad and despite their assurances they ghosted me and stole 1209 dollars from me. They are sociopathic criminals and should be avoided. The dash pad I got from Bob at ABC Moparts is fantastic looks even better in person Bob is a HONEST trustworthy source for dash pads, photos attached, Cuda should be done soon.
