Sure. With stock axles I've heard the limit is about .25 degree or somthing. You have egg shaped splines for more angle. Speedway and Sway A Way are couple companies that make them.
It's going to certainly have a limit to milage you can put on it. And wear tires if you put highway straight driving miles on it. Not something for a daily driver for sure!
IIRC, Harry Gant got caught for running one in NASCAR once.
