Hate barbecue's expense, the smell in the clothing, love the taste!!!!!! Pulled out the old George Foreman beast of a machine.(Ball Park patties) Buttered standard buns,Velveeta slice,& Ball park burger, with catsup & mustard: Sure beats the mundane fast food.. Share yours...

I mix my burger with onion bits season salt and anything else you would like. Similar to a meatloaf patty. lol

Try mixing liptons onion soup and diced bell pepper in the hamburger before making the patties, dont forget a little A1. it rocks

I sprinkle a good amount of dried minced onion, garlic salt, black pepper and cayenne powder on a plate and then just press the patties out on the mix of spices. It kind of makes a crust and the patties seem to stay together better.

I make two thin patties, then put in a piece of cheese, or i make burgers cordon bleu with ham and swiss inside them. Lotsa options, I've thought about stuffing them with chili etc. They work great on a foreman, cooks both sides quickly not allowing the cheese to melt out. Salt and pepper to taste, I don't bother with lots of spices I wanna taste the meat and ingredients.

This thread was right on time, I crusted about a 1/2 pound chuck patty with Montreal steak seasoning, let the Foreman do it's thing, put a few drops of Worchester sauce and some ketchup, between toasted white bread, it was great just that way.

YOU people are making me hungry! O K so a half of ham sandwich doesn't go far when your old, woreout, and screwing down tin on the side of my new garage addition! ha.......

I like sometimes a little Tong S. Cajun seasoning on mine. yes any cheese is a must. gotta be decent bread!

why would any body buy burgers at a fast food franchise type joint!? ha

Cook some onions on the grill first... maybe with a little butter... get quality beef 80/20 or 85/15... salt, pepper, garlic powder and worstershire... and grill those bitches up... serve with grilled onions.

Last week we made a 50/50 mix of elk and ground beef, mixed in raw diced bacon, and barbecued, melted some Swiss on top. Turned out killer!

I mix salt ,pepper and onion salt in the meat then put pineapple chunks in the mix...Form patties and put them on my Big George Foreman. We use our George Foreman for most of our meats any more. We buy them at garage sales and at present have 3 backup of the older ones that are much better than the newer ones.
