Deep sump Pan

Yall that are doin this to the pan....what are you doin for extendin the pickup?

Why the epoxy?

on the out side... epoxy primer... is hard as nails and will fit very nicely with the flat black color...

i should be getting to the pick up next week, cut a 1/2 i.d. tube to size and splice it into your stock pick up...

left the oil pan full of water to find leaks and found two pin holes... so moved the lead around and an letting it sit over nite... if no leaks i can blast it, mud it and paint it!

then time for pick up tube

so i made up the front and rear baffles... installed the rear 1.5" over the lip of the pan...

im not sure how far to go on the rear?? how much it to far??

thx ed

Moving right along !!!So when does the assembly line start ?? I'd be interested in one !!! I do have a new oil pump pick up,just haven't found a pan yuet !! If you're serious about doing them, I'm serious about buying one !!!:cheers:
